Although we aim to ship any order placed before 1pm, that same day, please allow up to 48 hours from the day the order is placed. If you have a fashion emergency, and need your order overnighted or sent 2 day UPS/FEDEX, please call 732-996-1621 to see if that order can make it out in time.
Ground: If your order is shipped ground to anywhere in the US from our warehouse in New Jersey, please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order once it is shipped. International orders can take up to 14 business days but you will probably get to you sooner.
Third Day Shipping: UPS/FEDEX charges will apply and you can expect to get your order 3 days from the day the order was shipped. We will notify you when it does with your tracking number.
Second Day Ship: UPS/FEDEX charges will apply and you can expect to get your order 2 days from the day the order was shipped. We will notify you when it does with your tracking number.
Overnight Shipping: UPS/FEDEX charges will apply and you can expect to get your order the next day from the day the order was shipped. We will notify you when it does with your tracking number..

We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties.
When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, email address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.
We encourage you to sign-up for our emailing list. These letters provide you with advanced notice of store sales, new merchandise, and other store-related events. But, of course, you have the freedom to add or remove your name from our list at any time.
- Returns & Replacements

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number written on the outside of the box.
To get this number:
1) Sign into your account and press My Orders.
2) Select the order number containing the items you would like to return and press the RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM button and choose the reason why you want to send your item(s) back. If there is something wrong with the item, please give us details why.
3) Check the box to agree with our Return Policy. You will then receive an email containing your RMA number which is valid for fourteen days.
4) Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender. -
Color or Size Exchange:
Please note we can only exchange items for a different size, based on stock availability. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative color or size or for a completely different item, we suggest to simply place a second order and once we receive your return, we will credit your account. This way you’ll get the item you desire quicker. -
Important Information:
Items used, worn, altered, washed, damaged, stained or have the I Found A Secret and designer garment tags removed may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer. If any of your purchases have been delivered without an I Found A Secret tag, please email customerservice@ifoundasecret.com
Belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags (when applicable) need to be included with your return.
Shoes must be returned in its origional box. Do not use the shoe box as your shipping box (Do not put shipping labels on this box- put this box into a shipping box) Damages to or omission to the original shoe box may result in a fee.
Lingerie & Swimwear are very personal items. Briefs, swimsuits and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns that do not have this strip or which are soiled may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer without a refund.
Faults or damages in merchandise:
If merchantdise is received damaged or a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase, we will take it back and refund you. Please keep in mind that items that are damaged because of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. If you do not want a refund and would like to exchange the item, know that it can only be replace for the same item or product in the same size if it is still available. We will always offer to repair faulity items. In the case where it can‘t be repaired, you will get a refund.Please take note:
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Final Sale items may not be returned.
Unless you use the prepaid label within the timeline detailed below, I Found A Secret does not assume return shipping costs. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.Refunds & Processing Time:
If your package arrives at I Found A Secret within the 30-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from I Found A Secret. -
Domestic and International Returns:
Free Prepaid Returns (USA Only. Within 15 Days.)
A prepaid shipping label is included in all orders shipped within the United States.
To qualify for free return shipping, your return must arrive at I Found A Secret within 15 business days of the date
you received it. Please allow 7 days transit time.
1. Complete the return form included in your order and securely repackage your
merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from package. NOTE: When returning footwear, do not use your shoebox as your shipping box.
2. Affix the prepaid shipping label included in your order to your package.
3. Drop off your package at a U.S. Postal Service mailbox or post office OR visit
www.usps.com/pickup to arrange for a free pickup.
4. Please keep top portion of label for your records and tracking.
5. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.Please Note: Packages received at I found A Secret after 15 days will incur a $10 fee, which will be charged at the time of your return.
